We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the items, and the destination address.
Available Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery within the U.S.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time (12 PM EST), ensuring delivery the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard shipping rates apply based on order size and destination.
- Expedited and Overnight shipping rates will be higher, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50 or more) within the U.S. This offer is subject to change, so please check the terms at checkout.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, but we will notify you of any significant delays.
- Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be indicated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (if ordered before the cutoff time)
4. International Shipping
At this time, Worldluis only offers domestic shipping within the United States. International shipping is not available, but we may consider expanding this service in the future.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Box Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing an order.
- Multiple Addresses: If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
7. Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery, issues may arise during the shipping process. If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to request a return or replacement. We may ask for photos of the damage to process your claim.
Missing Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or delivery service. If the issue persists, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the matter.
8. Address Errors
If there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the details before the order ships. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it, and you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package to the correct address.
